DNS-323에서 하드디스크 SMART 정보 보기

  DNS-323에는 하드디스크의 상태를 나타내는 S.M.A.R.T.(Self-Monitoring, Analysis, and Reporting Technology) 정보를 보여주는 기능이 기본으로 들어 있지 않지만, SMART 정보를 보여주는 도구를 추가로 설치할 수 있다.

  SMART 정보를 보여 주는 smartmontools를 설치하려면, 먼저 ffp를 설치해야 한다. (참고: DNS-323에 텔넷 설치하기) 텔넷에 접속하여 다음과 같은 명령으로 적당한 자료방에 smartmontools를 받는다.
 

# cd /mnt/HD_a2/packages (또는 적당한 임시 자료방)
# wget http://www.inreto.de/dns323/fun-plug/0.5/packages/smartmontools-5.39.1-1.tgz

받은 파일을 설치한다.

# funpkg -i smartmontools-5.39-1-1.tgz

SMART 보고를 할 수 있게 한다.

# smartctl -i -d marvell /dev/sda
# smartctl -i -d marvell /dev/sdb

다음 명령으로 아래와 같은 SMART 정보를 볼 수 있다.

# smartctl -a -i -d marvell /dev/sda
# smartctl -a -i -d marvell /dev/sdb
